Judy Hicks with Re/Max Coastal Real Estate has earned Military Relocation Professional certification. The National Association of Realtors confers the certification to Realtors who want to help military personnel and veterans find housing solutions that best meet their needs and allow them to take full advantage of their military benefits.

To earn the MRP certification, Realtors complete pre-class readings, a one-day MRP certification core course and two webinars.

Chai Janvier

Davidson Realty Inc. has hired Janvier as its newest Realtor. Janvier brings to Davidson a long, diverse career in service-focused positions. 

Prior to pursuing real estate, she garnered extensive experience in retail and management, including customer service, client relations, marketing and promotions.

Janvier has lived in Jacksonville for more than 16 years.

Sandy Maier

Maier has been named the sales associate for The Bluffs on Plummers Cove, a riverfront community in Mandarin by elacora.

In her role, Maier will promote and sell the homes and lifestyle that elacora offers.

Rob Whitmire

Whitmire has joined Newmark Grubb Phoenix Realty Group as senior vice president with a primary focus on specializing in retail investment sales representing institutional buyers, high net worth individuals and private investment companies. 

Prior to joining Newmark Grubb Phoenix Realty Group, Whitmire was a partner and senior vice president with Bull Realty in Atlanta, Georgia.  During his 13-year career, he’s closed in excess of $200 million in commercial real estate transactions.  Licensed as a real estate broker in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina, Whitmire enjoys connecting clients to properties that enhance their real estate portfolios.

Whitmire earned an MBA from Emory University and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and NAIOP.

Jodi Moore and Kirsten Lightfoot

Davidson Realty has announced the promotion of Moore to Realtor. Since February 2014 Moore has served as administrative assistant and transaction coordinator for Davidson.

Moore hails from northern Maine where she began a long career in banking. After she and her husband, a U.S. Navy service member, relocated several times, the Moore family in 2009 settled in World Golf Village. Moore has been with Davidson for two years.  

Davidson Realty also recently welcomed Lightfoot to its team of Realtors. Lightfoot brings more than 20 years of experience in country club sales, marketing and customer service.

A long-time St. Augustinian, Lightfoot graduated from Flagler College with a business degree and set out on a publishing and marketing career, focusing on country club communities. She later shifted to memberships and sales, serving as sales director for World Golf Village. Lightfoot’s experience also includes event planning and charity fundraising.
