Entrepreneur event for veterans set for Dec. 6 at FSCJ Downtown Campus

The 8th Annual Vetrepreneur Summit will provide information on starting or building a business.

Current or future veterans and their spouses can obtain information about starting or building a business on Dec. 6 at the 8th Annual Vetrepreneur Summit in Downtown Jacksonville.

The free event is open to veterans, service members, National Guard members, reservists and spouses, according to a release from the city of Jacksonville. 

The event, which will include panels with subject matter experts and successful entrepreneurs, is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Advanced Technology Center at the Florida State College at Jacksonville Downtown Campus. 

The city Military Affairs and Veterans Department is hosting the event in partnership with FSCJ and the Florida Small Business Development Center at the University of North Florida.
