A vacant distribution warehouse built in 2022 in North Jacksonville sold Sept. 17 for $37.95 million.

The warehouse is at 2983 Faye Road. It is east of the GE Appliances Warehouse near the JaxPort Blount Island Marine Terminal. 

It is between New Berlin Road and Alta Drive about 1 mile from Interstate 295.
