Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan’s One Shipyards Place office building Downtown landed a permit April 16 for a fitness center at a project cost of almost $1.51 million.
Auld & White Constructors LLC of Jacksonville will build-out the commercial gym in a shell space on the first floor of the six-story building that is under construction at 1 Shipyards Place on the Northbank of the St. Johns River near EverBank Stadium.
Kasper architects + associates of Jacksonville is the architect.
