Commercial real estate company CBRE announced Aug. 19 it is expanding its Jacksonville footprint by naming Luke McCann and John Rutherford as senior vice presidents of multifamily investment sales.
McCann and Rutherford held leadership positions at NAI Hallmark, where they developed multifamily investment sales teams. The release said that together they represent more than $2 billion in transaction volume.
“We are thrilled to welcome John and Luke to CBRE,” said Tommie Reilly, managing director at CBRE in Jacksonville, in a news release.
“Their deep understanding of the North Florida market and extensive business relationships will be a tremendous asset to our team.”
The two will concentrate on debt and structured finance in development projects in North Florida.
McCann received a dual bachelor’s in economics and finance from Flagler College.
Rutherford holds a bachelor’s from the University of Florida.
Both are licensed Florida real estate brokers and longtime Jacksonville residents.
CBRE is a Fortune 500 and S&P 500 company based in Dallas. According to 2024 revenue, it is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm.
