Dream Finders Homes Inc. founder and CEO Patrick Zalupski and his wife, Leah, sold their home at 331 Pablo Road in Ponte Vedra Beach for $8.75 million on Dec. 10.

The buyer was Adam and Seribeth Kertzner.

Patrick Zalupski led the Jacksonville-based group that bought the Tampa Bay Rays Major League Baseball team Sept. 30. The sale price was not disclosed, but ESPN reported the deal was for $1.7 billion.

The 8,403-square-foot home was built in 2018 on 0.45 acre where a previous home was demolished. It is along the fairway of the sixth hole at The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club’s Ocean Course and has a lagoon view.

The house has seven bedrooms, seven baths and three half-baths. There is a four-car garage. The two-story home has a fenced, in-ground saltwater pool. There is a gym above the garage.

There is a temperature-controlled, 700-bottle wine cellar with a secure steel door.

The Zalupskis bought the property in September 2016 for $1.1 million.

While the Zalupskis sold the Ponte Vedra Beach home, they still have a residence in Jacksonville. The sales deed says the Zalupskis reside at 3730 Richmond St.

That is the historic Lane-Towers house along the St. Johns River in Avondale, built for the family of Edward W. Lane, one of the founders of the Atlantic National Bank.

The Daily Record reported in January 2024 that the Zalupskis bought the 18,100-square-feet home for $7.77 million. The home was placed into a trust in February.

The Tudor revival home was built in 1928 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It features 10 bedrooms, 10 full and five half-bathrooms, third-floor ballroom, balcony, guesthouse, detached six-car garage and a pool.
