InLight Real Estate Partners LLC of Ponte Vedra Beach sold the properties through Beach Blvd SLB Jacksonville Propco LLC.
Bluerock Real Estate of New York bought the properties through BR Diversified Portfolio 7 DST and BR Diversified Portfolio 8 DST.
• The Woodsman showroom sold for $6.9 million. It was built in 1996 on 2.66 acres and is 20,320 square feet.
• A building in Millennium Business Center at 11744 Beach Blvd. sold for $4.61 million. It was built in 2001 on 1.31 acres and is 23,850 square feet.
• A warehouse at 3484 Saland Way sold for $8.75 million. It was built in 2021 on 4.24 acres and is 42,485 square feet.
• The warehouse at 3621 Beachwood Court sold for $8.07 million. It was built in 2017 on 3.56 acres and is 45,104 square feet.
InLight Real Estate Partners bought the properties in 2023 as a group for $21 million.
