Ace Hardware appears to be considering a Nocatee store across the street from Ponte Vedra High School along Davis Park Road.
It will be its eighth location in St. Johns County.
According to a JEA service availability request submitted Feb. 24, the store would be less than a mile south of Nocatee Parkway and about 2 miles west of the Intracoastal Waterway.
