The Mandarin Landing coffee, pastries and sandwich shop is at least the ninth identified for Northeast Florida.

What appears to be the ninth area Foxtail Coffee Co. is targeted for Mandarin.

The city is reviewing a permit application for Rhodes Building Co. of Longwood to build-out a 1,473-square-foot tenant space for Foxtail Coffee at 10601 San Jose Blvd. in Mandarin Landing at an estimated project cost of $335,000.

Plans show inside seating and outside dining. Total seating appears to be about 65.
