Colliers U.S. Is hiring again for a market leader in its Jacksonville commercial real estate office.
Courtland Eyrick, who was announced April 21 as managing director and brokerage market leader for the Colliers North Florida region, left the position.
Eyrick’s LinkedIn profile shows he returned to the CBRE firm and was promoted to executive vice president as of July. The profile shows he had been managing director as of June 2025 and it does not include his Colliers role.
Eyrick could not be reached immediately for comment July 7.
“Courtland Eyrick has recently departed Colliers and we have begun the process to identify and recruit a new Brokerage Market Leader for the North Florida region,” said Stephanie Rodriguez, national director of industrial services for Collers U.S.
In a July 7 email, Rodriguez, based in Miami, said she will oversee operations in North Florida. She also is Florida executive managing director.
Named in April
The Colliers announcement April 21 said Eyrick was named managing director and brokerage market leader for the North Florida region to lead brokerage operations, including recruitment, retention and business development for the Jacksonville and Gainesville markets.
He reported to Rodriguez.
“As a highly talented professional in the commercial real estate industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the table, including leadership, brokerage and appraisal experience. I look forward to seeing the continued growth and success of this region under his leadership,” Rodriguez said in the April announcement.
Eyrick, with more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, joined Colliers from CBRE in Jacksonville, where he progressed from leading the local valuation office to overseeing Valuation & Advisory Services across the Southeast.
Before that, Eyrick was principal and CEO of Florida Valuation, where he grew the firm’s revenue before it was acquired by CBRE.
The announcement said Eyrick is a member of the Counselors of Real Estate and serves as chairman of the Camp Weed & Cerveny Conference Center for the Episcopal Diocese of Florida.
He is a supporter and member of the alumni organizations for The Bolles School and his collegiate alma mater, The University of the South, in Sewanee, Tennessee.
“I really look forward to further strengthening Colliers’ presence in the North Florida region,” Eyrick said in the April announcement.
Eyrick succeeded Christian Oldenburg, who joined Jacksonville-based Ash Properties as chief operating officer in April 2024.
Oldenburg had been executive managing director and market leader of Colliers International in Jacksonville for seven years.
