Jacksonville-based RallyX Inc. is preparing to renovate headquarters space in the Southpoint area to occupy by year-end.
Now based on the sixth floor in Liberty Center at 7077 Bonneval Road, management company RallyX is building-out space at the Pinnacle Building at 7791 Belfort Parkway.
CEO Austin Holmes said July 21 the company plans to rename it its headquarters – RallyHQ.
RallyX is a management company that owns and operates businesses in diverse sectors that include health care, residential construction, commercial construction, nonprofits, landscape, transportation and defense.
Holmes said the opening of its new headquarters at Belfort Parkway reaffirms “our long-term commitment to Jacksonville.”
He said it would serve as the headquarters for all RallyX services and leadership across the businesses.
“RallyX is dedicated to building generational companies distinguished by their character, performance, and value creation for our customers and community,” Holmes said by email.
The city is reviewing a permit application for Infinity Builders Inc. of Jacksonville to build-out space in the 16,436-square-foot building at an estimated project cost of $625,000.
Micamy Design Studio of Jacksonville is the interior designer.
Belfort Parkway Jax LLC, whose principal address is the same as RallyX, bought the single-story building for almost $3.45 million on May 16, 2025.
The structure was built on 4.71 acres in 2002.
The LLC bought the building from Craven Land Corp. of St. Augustine.
Evans Commercial Properties Inc. principal and broker Alex Evans represented the seller. He said the buyer was represented by Sidney Jones of OSCO Commercial Real Estate.
Holmes said RallyX has 352 employees, of which 80 will be based full-time in the new headquarters.
He said the employee breakdown is construction, with 122; health care, 96; fleet, 51; nonprofit, 42; and RallyX, 41.
Blake Hakimian, head of acquisitions and finance for Liberty Center owner Hakimian Holdings, said RallyX leases about 4,300 square feet on the top floor and a few years remain on the lease.
Holmes said RallyX is “still assessing our needs at Liberty Center.”
State corporate records show that RallyX Inc. was created in 1999 as Poole Management Co. The names was changed in 2022.
Along with Austin Holmes as CEO, Lockwood Holmes is the president and Bret Holmes is CFO.
The teamrallyx.com site says RallyX delivers back office solutions such as accounting, bookkeeping, taxes, insurance, payroll, benefits and recruiting.
Clients include Capital Concrete, Rally Fleet Services, Holmes Equity, Adina, Sleep Management Services of America, Core Outdoors and Cornerstone Drywall.
Building plans show space for construction offices, accounting and executive offices and other functions.
The website says the RallyX mission is “to build companies which honor God through the excellence of our work and integrity of our services as a full-service solution provider, creating value for our customers, our team, and the communities where we serve.”
