The city issued a permit June 26 for Anchor Quality Marine Construction Inc. of Oldsmar to renovate 2,911 square feet of space at 4611 River City Drive, Unit 113, in St. Johns Town Center for Spencer’s, the novelties shop that says it provides “everything you didn’t know you needed.”
The project cost is $287,964.
