Daimler Coaches North America lands $15.5 million permit

The city has been reviewing plans for the company’s proposed inspection and service center in West Jacksonville.

Daimler Coaches North America is moving ahead with developing a 43,000-square-foot predelivery inspection and service center in West Jacksonville.

The city issued a permit May 1 for ARCO Design/Build to build the $15.47 million project at 7215 Jones Branch Circle.

The site is at southwest Pritchard and Jones Branch roads, west of Interstate 295 and east of Imeson Road, near Westside Industrial Park.
