Richmond American Homes of Florida acquired 197 residential lots in the TrailMark master-planned community in St. Johns County on April 30 for $38.45 million.
The seller was GreenPointe Holdings through Six Mile Creek LLC.
The 67.47-acre property is north of County Road 208 and west of Pacetti Road. It is called Whisper Creek Phase 13.
England-Thims & Miller of Jacksonville is the project civil engineer.
GreenPointe is developing the 1,400-acre TrailMark community. It is planned for more than 2,200 home sites.
