Homebuilder buys Northwest Jacksonville land for $13 million

Meritage Homes of Arizona bought the property west of the Thomas Creek Conservation Area.

Arizona-based Meritage Homes bought a portion of 945.76 acres of Northwest Jacksonville timberland. Lem Turner Road borders the property to the northeast and Braddock Road is along its eastern side. West of the property is the Thomas Creek Conservation Area.

Arizona-based Meritage Homes bought a portion of 945.76 acres of Northwest Jacksonville timberland May 15 for $13.475 million.

A Duval County Property Appraiser map shows that Lem Turner Road borders the property to the northeast and Braddock Road is along its eastern side. 

West of the property is the Thomas Creek Conservation Area.
