Companies led by investor Carl Stoudemire III sold eight Jacksonville warehouse/flex buildings totaling $26.4 million on Oct. 24.
The buyer was Viking Partners through VP DC Eastpark LLC.
Viking Partners is a commercial real estate investment and asset management firm headquartered in Cincinnati.
• SRB-East Park Inc. sold two warehouse/flex buildings at 3611 St. Johns Bluff Road S. for $6.625 million.
They are 42,871 and 6,640 square feet, built in 1999 on 3.76 acres.
The property last sold for $448,500 in 1997.
• Central Court LLC and 2025 Bartram Beach LLC sold the warehouse/flex building at 11437 Central Parkway for a total of $2.12 million.
The 13,848-square-foot structure was constructed in 2005 on 1.04 acres.
It last sold for $400,000 in 2024.
• 2013 Central Park IV LLC and 2025 Bartram Beach LLC sold five warehouse/flex buildings at two addresses for a total of $17.75 million.
11657 Central Parkway comprises two buildings constructed in 2000 on 4.4 acres.
The 40,700-square-foot and 29,452-square-foot structures were built in 2000.
11764 Marco Beach Drive comprises three buildings.
They are 24,501-, 25,950- and 25,950-square-foot structures built in 1997 on 4.93 acres.
The buildings last sold for $6 million in 2013.
