The Jacksonville Bar Association’s annual Holiday Project for Seniors is collecting gifts for clients of Aging True.

For more than 20 years, the Jacksonville Bar Association has partnered with the nonprofit to provide holiday gifts to local seniors.

Sponsors provide small items such as nuts, candy and snacks; essentials such as blankets, pajamas, slippers; and small home appliances like toasters and space heaters.

Recipients submit their wish list, and the Holiday Project Committee matches them with a sponsor.

Gifts may be personally delivered or dropped off at the JBA office at 1 Independent Square, Suite 120, Dec. 1 through 5 p.m. Dec. 4.

Gifts brought to the office will be delivered to the seniors by the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
