The 342-unit Presidium Park apartments in South Jacksonville sold Sept. 19 for $68.5 million. The community is at 8181 AC Skinner Parkway near the Shoppes of Tinseltown. AC Skinner Parkway runs parallel south of Butler Boulevard. White Oak Partners of Westerville, Ohio, north of Columbus, bought the community through WOP Haven 8181 LLC.
