As the only one of five children in her family who went into the health care industry, Randi Beesing knows exactly who inspired her to choose her career path.
Her stepfather, who adopted her, was a physician. Beesing says she developed a special connection with him while “watching him care for patients and just his innate ability to make people feel comfortable and always finding solutions for people.”
As the owner of Any Lab Test Now, Beesing is carrying on her father’s legacy by providing solutions for uninsured and underinsured individuals with solutions for lab testing.
According to the anylabtestnow.com website, customers can walk into the business, select the test they want, and receive it. Any Lab Test Now provides the doctor’s orders, and customers do not need insurance.
The business offers DNA, drug and alcohol lab testing services, plus phlebotomy and other specimen collection services.
Beesing bought a franchise in 2018 and opened the first store in Jacksonville in 2019.
“Going into business for myself was a bit of a risk, and I’d like to say it paid off,” she said. “Leaving the corporate world and always having a secure job and knowing you were going to get a paycheck and health insurance and all of those things to go into business for yourself was certainly a risk, but we knew it was worth taking because it did provide a great solution for the residents of Jacksonville.”
Since launching Any Lab Test Now in Northeast Florida, Beesing was named the 2025 Small Business Leader of the Year by the JAX Chamber’s Health Council. She also expanded her services by acquiring Arcpoint Labs of Jacksonville FL, which provides employer and Department of Transportation solutions.
The mother of two daughters who recently had children of their own, Beesing said her family is her “every day, all day inspiration.”
“What really matters to us is that our family is happy and healthy, our business is happy and healthy and our team members are happy and healthy,” she said. “When all of those align, your business is successful.
“When you can go to bed at night and know that … you helped someone get the health care they needed, all of those things to me really define success.”
