CubeSmart Self Storage of Jacksonville at 4520 San Juan Ave. sold Sept. 30 for $17 million.   Minneapolis-based Olympus Ventures bought it through OVSS-Jacksonville LLC. Olympus Ventures says on its LinkedIn page it is a private investment company established in 2000 by Richard M. Schulze, the founder of Best Buy. Its investments include real estate, direct investments, co-investments, development assets and hedge funds.
