Former Jacksonville Jaguars head football coach Doug Pederson sold his home in Pablo Creek for $1.9 million.
Pederson and his wife, Jeannie, sold the home at 5227 Bentpine Cove through the Texas Monroe II Revocable Trust on Sept. 30.
The home was purchased by Kathy Hamilton Plath of Jacksonville. No mortgage information has been filed.
The house was built in 2018 on 0.34 acre and is 3,635 square feet. It has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one half-bathroom.
It has a wine cooler, butler pantry, a guest suite, a saltwater pool and a summer kitchen.
After Pederson was being fired by the Jaguars after the 2024 season, the couple listed the home in April 2025 for $2.29 million. They reduced the asking price to $2.2 million in May.
The Pedersons purchased the house for $1.9 million in 2022.
Pederson’s record with the Jaguars was 22-29 from 2022 through 2024. As head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles from 2016 through 2020, he won the 2017 Super Bowl.
His career record as a head coach is 55-66.
Liam Coen replaced Pederson as head coach in January 2025.
