Construction continues for Nomura on Downtown Southbank

The Tokyo-based investment bank will sublease from Macquarie Group, which continues to operate with more than 200 employees in Riverplace Tower.

The city issued a permit Oct. 17 for Tokyo-based Nomura to add a demising wall at Riverplace Tower at a project cost of $350,000 to create space it will lease as it takes over one of Macquarie Group’s business units.
