Daily Record honors 10 inaugural winners of Trailblazer Awards

The Jacksonville Daily Record will honor 10 of the most innovative minds in Northeast Florida’s business community Oct. 9 when it presents its first Trailblazer Awards.

Scheduled at The River Club at the 1 Independent Square tower, the awards presentation will spotlight and celebrate business leaders whose demonstrable success and high level of achievement set them apart.

The winners

The 10 inaugural winners were selected from among more than 100 nominations. They are:

  • Peter Anderson, vice president of new investments for Pattillo Industrial Real Estate.
  • Randi Beesing, owner of Any Lab Test Now.
  • Sel Buyuksarac, co-founder and director of engagement for River City Science Academy.
  • Kay Ehas, CEO of Groundwork Jacksonville.
  • Joanne Hickox, founder and executive director of Seniors on a Mission and G3 Village.
  • Mitch Luciano, CEO of Trailer Bridge, Inc. 
  • A. Snowden McFall, president and CEO of Fired Up! Professional Speaking and Coaching.
  • Connor Miller, chief information officer of ArdentX and founding partner of Black Sheep Capital Partners.
  • Bryan Moll, CEO of Gateway Jax.
  • Tiffanie L. Williams, founder and president of Liam Lives Foundation Inc.\


Online, print Profiles coming Oct. 9

In addition to being spotlighted during the event, the winners will be profiled in the Oct. 9 issue of the Daily Record in print and on JaxDailyRecord.com

Trailblazer Awards event

The event begins at 5:30 p.m. for networking, followed by the awards program at 6:15 p.m. and post-award celebration at 7:15 p.m. at The River Club on the 35th floor at 1 Independent Drive. 

Tickets are $75, which includes heavy hors d’oeuvres and two drinks. Business casual attire is requested.
