Water Management District and JEA are asked to consider an office in the Arlington shopping center.

Bank of America continues to explore construction of a branch in the Regency Park Shopping Center in Arlington.

The 28.8-acre shopping center at 9400 Atlantic Blvd. is anchored by American Signature Furniture and Ollie’s Bargain Outlet. The 330,029-square-foot shopping center site is south of Atlantic Boulevard east of Southside Boulevard and west of Monument Road.

City utility JEA has issued two service availability letters and the St. Johns River Water Management District has a pre-application request for the proposed project.
