Norlee Group makes executive changes

Melinda Caragan, Darrell Crochet and Mark Gravelle have new roles.

Jacksonville-based Norlee Group, a full-service mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design and engineering firm, announced executive leadership appointments Feb. 6.

• Former Chief People Officer Melinda Caragan is now chief administrative officer. The company said the new role reflects expanded responsibilities across administrative and enterprise support functions including human resources, payroll, IT, marketing and communications and fleet and facilities.

Darrell Crochet transitioned from president to chief revenue officer. In his new role, he will focus on revenue growth, market development and expanding client relationships.

Crochet will lead preconstruction and estimating, business development and market positioning initiatives, and will serve as an adviser to CEO Wally Budgell

Mark Gravelle, former vice president of operations, is promoted to president.

He will oversee all of NLG’s operating divisions as well as safety and purchasing functions and will report directly to Budgell.

Privately-held Norlee Group serves the commercial, health care, hospitality, industrial, institutional and public works markets. 

Norlee owns Adkins Electric, Regency Electric, Colwill Enterprises, Beaumont Electric Co., Tietjen Technologie, AEC Electrical Contractors, AllState Electrical Contractors and Millennium Electric.
