A Jacksonville entrepreneur and race car driver now has an office building in South Jacksonville.

Cushman & Wakefield announced Feb. 17 that the firm’s Florida Capital Markets Group represented FCA Partners in the $9.275 million sale of the Centurion Centre I office building in South Jacksonville. The buyer is an LLC tied to Tiger Tari, a race car driver and founder of Jacksonville-based Star Spangled Racing.

The office building is at 10375 Centurion Parkway N. in Centurion Centre at southeast Butler Boulevard and Interstate 95.

Karl Johnston, senior director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group, along with Brad Chrischilles, principal at Foundry Commercial in Jacksonville, represented the seller. According to property records, FCA Partners sold the building through FCA Fund II LLC.

Daniel Burkhardt of NAI Hallmark represented the buyer, 10375 Centurion LLC.  State records show the LLC is managed by Tiger Taygun Tari and Tolga Tari.

Tiger Tari earned a bachelor’s in international business and marketing from Jacksonville University in 2000, according to his LinkedIn page.

Tari raced in the VP Racing SportsCar Challenge in January, finishing 20th in The Roar Before the Rolex 24 at Daytona International Speedway.

According to a 2025 Jacksonville University story about Tari, the native of Istanbul, Turkey, founded two restaurants and started a software business and venture capital firm, Tari Ventures, with his brother, Tolga.

The JU story said Tari introduced Papa John’s to Turkey as the master franchisee, with 68 restaurants.

Cushman & Wakefield said the building is 94% leased to tenants, including APR Energy, Mattamy Homes and others.

“Centurion Centre I is poised for significant future rent growth with its position within Jacksonville’s strongest performing suburban office micro-market, Deerwood Park, and its high barriers to entry,” Johnston said in a release.

“This quality suburban office building and central location of choice should perform well into the future for the new owner.”

Built in 2006, Centurion Centre I is a four-story, 93,288-square-foot office building on 5.55 acres.

“This acquisition presented a rare opportunity to acquire a well occupied, institutional-quality asset with a strong operating history,” Burkhardt said in the release.

“My client looks forward to implementing a thoughtful ownership approach focused on tenant retention and long-term value creation.”

The deed had not been recorded with the Duval County Clerk of Court as of 6 p.m. Feb. 17.

Property records show FCA Partners bought the building in 2006 for $13.38 million.
