Jacksonville personal injury law firm Farah & Farah is sponsoring its sixth annual Empowering Greatness Scholarship program.

In partnership with the Florida Prepaid College Foundation and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Florida, two-year college scholarships will be awarded to five high school students.

“All of us at Farah & Farah are thrilled to continue supporting the next generation of outstanding leaders with these scholarships,” founding partner Eddie Farah said in a news release.

“The best part of my year is calling these talented young people to tell them they won the scholarship and their first two years of college are on us.”

Scholarship winners receive a Florida Prepaid College Foundation 2-Year College Plan that covers tuition and most fees for 60 credit hours at any public college in Florida. The plan’s value can also be used at universities or trade schools within the state.

To qualify, students must be enrolled in a public or charter high school in Florida, demonstrate a strong commitment to their community and the classroom and meet additional eligibility requirements. Scholarship recipients will be announced in spring 2026.

The deadline to enter is Feb. 13. Visit tinyurl.com/2wh33azy for details.
