Former Florida Lt. Gov. Carlos Lopez-Cantera’s company sold JAX Airport Logistics Center in North Jacksonville the first week of January as it pursues development of a business project in Westside.

Through JAX Industrial Three Ltd., Lopez-Cantera sold the 30.18-acre logistics center at 14825 International Airport Blvd. to CIP Real Estate in Irvine, California, on Jan. 6, 2026, for $53.86 million.
CIP Real Estate is a real estate investment and management company.
JAX Industrial Three Ltd. bought the property Oct. 14, 2022, for almost $2.55 million and developed two warehouses of 200,000 and 225,000 square feet completed in 2025.
The site is east of Jacksonville International Airport and west of Interstate 95, about 1 mile south of Pecan Park Road.
Colliers real estate executives Guy Preston, Seda Preston and John Cole are the project leasing representatives for CIP Real Estate. A brochure says the buildings are ready for occupancy.
JAX Industrial Three’s sole general partner is Pan American Jax 3 LLC, led by Lopez-Cantera as manager.
The Prestons and Cole along with Robyn Hurrell, executive vice president of Colliers Industrial Capital Markets, represented Lopez-Cantera in selling the property.
Pan American Group Inc., of Coral Gables, filed plans Jan. 5 for Westlake Parcel 14 and 15 in Westlake Industrial Park in West Jacksonville. Lopez-Cantera is president of the group.
England-Thims & Miller Inc. of Jacksonville is the civil engineer.

Civil engineering plans show a proposed 617,760-square-foot building on 58.28 acres along Pritchard Road. The site is part of a larger piece of property, 265.6 acres, west of the BJ’s Wholesale Club distribution center.
The ETM report filed with the city says Pan American Group Inc. is proposing the development of a 58-acre site east of the intersection of Cisco Drive West and Pritchard Road.
The proposed development will include a 617,760-square-foot industrial building and associated infrastructure.
Seda Preston and Cole will represent that project, called Westlake Logistics Center.

Westlake Land Management Inc., part of Norfolk Southern Corp. of Atlanta, owns Westlake Industrial Park, which is west of Interstate 295 and north of I-10.
Former Gov. Rick Scott appointed Lopez-Cantera as lieutenant governor in January 2014, succeeding Jennifer Carroll, who resigned the position in 2013. Voters elected Lopez-Cantera to a full term with Scott in November 2014.
