Burr & Forman elected 12 attorneys to partnership, effective Jan. 1, including Tyler Lenz in the Jacksonville office.
Lenz is a member of the corporate and tax practice group, where he advises clients on general corporate matters and contracts and provides guidance to businesses at stages including formation, governance, structuring and mergers and acquisitions.
He received a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he was a member of the executive board of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and a member of the Conservation Clinic with the Environmental and Land Use Law Program.
Lenz was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2018.
