Akerman in Jacksonville expanded its national Litigation Practice Group with the addition of partner Jonathon Pressley, a commercial litigator. He joins from Smith, Gambrell & Russell LLP.
Pressley represents clients in civil litigation matters in state and federal courts, focusing on contract claims, products liability defense, officer and director disputes and other business litigation matters.
He also represents clients in trademark and copyright infringement disputes, trade secret disputes and trademark opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
A graduate of Emory University School of Law, Pressley was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2010.
