Kim Knapp is the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors 2026 president.
NEFAR swore in officers, presented awards and acknowledged the 2025 Leadership Academy class and new members of the Edge Professional Society at an installation event held Jan. 16 at the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa.
The ceremony marked NEFAR’s 30th anniversary.
The 2026 leadership team is Knapp, Gonzalo Mejia, president-elect; Tiea Vincent, treasurer; Memory Hopkins, secretary; and Mario Gonzalez, past president.
Knapp is the broker manager at the Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty Fleming Island office. She began her career in 2000 with Pete Dalton and Vanguard. In her first year, she recorded $6 million in sales.
She has nearly $500 million in sales during her 25-year career with a client list of more than 2,000 families.
Knapp has spent much of her career selling, managing offices and training new Realtors, according to her website.
