Former Jaguar Paul Posluszny sells Atlantic Beach home

He and his spouse, Elizabeth, purchased a house one street over in December.

Former Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Paul Posluszny and his wife, Elizabeth, sold a former home March 20 at 335 10th St. in Atlantic Beach for $2.9 million.

The buyers were Tyler and Heather Stephens. Tyler Stephens is co-president of FBO Jets, a private airplane charter company based in Atlantic Beach.

Duval County Property Appraiser records show the home with a gross area of 4,262 square feet, four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. 

Posluszny bought the home in 2018 for $1.4 million.

On Dec. 8, 2025, the Poslusznys bought another house one street over at 334 11th St. in Atlantic Beach for nearly $4.3 million. The seller was Michael J. Davis of Jacksonville Beach.

That two-story home, which the property appraiser lists at 7,778 square feet of gross area, was built in 2026 on 0.26 acres. It previously sold for $1.05 million in 2013.

Posluszny played 11 years in the NFL starting in Buffalo in 2007. He joined the Jaguars in 2011 and finished his career with the team after the 2017 season.
