He and Council members Johnny Gaffney, John Crescimbeni and Bill Gulliford had their Gator ties cut Tuesday by Council member Kimberly Daniels under the direction of member Greg Anderson, representing the Georgia Bulldogs. The annual tie-cutting involves the winners and losers of the annual Florida-Georgia game. Georgia prevailed.
