Chief Circuit Judge Donald Moran talks Tuesday at City Hall about the items recovered from the time capsule that was recently removed from a cornerstone of the Duval County Courthouse. The capsule was removed in anticipation of creating a new one for the new Duval County Unified Courthouse Facility. Moran was joined by Mayor John Peyton, City Council President Jack Webb, U.S. District Court of Appeals Judge Gerald Tjoflat, Circuit Judges Mallory Cooper and Lance Day, County Judges Tyrie Boyer and Charles Cofer, and members of local chapters of the Freemasons.
