• City Council member Michael Corrigan made his intentions for Duval County Tax Collector official Wednesday. Term-limited, Corrigan filed paperwork at the Supervisor of Elections Office for the 2011 election to succeed Mike Hogan. Corrigan now joins Dick Kravitz, June Schultz and Ryan Taylor in the race.
