Jeff Nelson (right), president of Jacksonville-based Diversified Clinical Services, and Mayor Alvin Brown announced Wednesday morning that the wound-care and disease-management company will merge with Boca Raton-based National Healing Corp., keep its headquarters and training operations in Jacksonville and expand.
