Adecco Group North America, which has been known as MPS Group Inc., plans to ask the Jacksonville Economic Development Commission next week for financial incentives to add 100 full-time jobs to its Jacksonville operations by the end of 2012.The JEDC is scheduled to review the request, dubbed “Project Tower” in the JEDC agenda, at its meeting at 9 a.m. Thursday.
