• Jacksonville-based Signet Development has been tapped by Advanced Particle Therapy LLC to serve as the lead developer for the new Scripps Proton Therapy Center in San Diego. Jacksonville-based Haskell will provide design/build services. Construction on the $185 million project starts this month and the first patient treatment is expected in February 2013.
