Jacksonville Economic Development Commission Executive Director Ron Barton said last week that he wants to take six or eight months to review the 19 points of the 2007 Downtown Action Plan.The plan was created through work by four task forces from September 2006 through March 2007, following several years of strong national and state economic growth.
