Those servedWe serve more than 3,000 children annually. PAL has four community-based locations and also operates after-school programs at R.L. Brown Elementary School and Palm Avenue Exceptional Center. These are the community-based locations: Headquarters at 2165 W. 33rd. St., Northside; 3450 Monument Road at Ed Austin Regional Park, Southside; 441 Day Ave., Mallison Park, Westside; and 1050 Franklin St., Eastside.
