Susie Wiles, campaign manager for Gov.-elect Rick Scott, and a former aide to two Jacksonville mayors, was named Friday to become Scott’s transition team liaison to the Legislature.Scott takes office Jan. 4 and plans to meet with every state lawmaker and congressional delegate before then.
