• William Vivian was named to the board of directors of VyStar Credit Union. He was appointed effective June 1 to fill the position vacated by Lawrence R. Jacobs, who retired after 15 years of volunteer service and 12 years of employment in management at VyStar. Vivian is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md., and served in the U.S. Navy for 30 years retiring as a captain.
