The city is reviewing a permit application for iConstructors LLC of Tampa to remodel office space for Bank OZK at 6072 Youngerman Circle at southwest Interstate 295 and Blanding Boulevard in Southwest Jacksonville.
The job cost for the 3,502-square-foot project is estimated at $350,000.
The city also is reviewing a permit application for iConstructors to reconfigure 2,668 square feet of space for Bank OZK at 12250 San Jose Blvd. at an estimated $350,000.
Bank OZK, based in Little Rock Arkansas, bought the two buildings from 121 Financial Credit Union.
St. Johns County is reviewing an application for Fifth Third Bank to build a 2,287-square-foot bank and drive-thru on 2 acres at 52 Village Lake Drive in Nocatee in Ponte Vedra.
