Former Mayor John Peyton’s official portrait has taken its place in the waiting area in the mayor’s office at City Hall. The exhibit includes framed depictions of the City’s line of former chief executives, beginning with Haydon Burns, who served as mayor from 1949-65, followed by Lou Ritter, Hans Tanzler, Jake Godbold, Tommy Hazouri, Ed Austin and John Delaney.
