The Laura Street improvement project has moved a block north to Forsyth Street. Northbound and southbound traffic is being detoured and only one lane of Forsyth is open for vehicles.Workers are preparing the intersection for the installation of the signature traffic-calming Belgian blocks, 50-pound chunks of granite also called “cobblestones.”
