Another Broken Egg Cafe to lease in Middleburg

It will be the fifth area location for the breakfast, lunch and brunch restaurant.

NAI Hallmark announced Nov. 22 that Another Broken Egg Cafe signed a lease for 3,800 square feet with an outdoor patio at Plantation Crossing in Middleburg.

NAI Halmark, a Jacksonville-based commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm, represented landlord AMJ Group Inc. in the transaction.

Another Broken Egg will be a new construction expansion of the existing shopping center in Clay County at northeast Blanding Boulevard and Branan Field Road between Walmart, The Home Depot and Lowes. 

The restaurant is expected to open in fall 2023 at 1782 Blanding Blvd.

NAI Hallmark Senior Associate and Retail Specialist Austin Kay represented AMJ Group. 

Apple Land Homes LLC represented the tenant.

Kay said Another Broken Egg will lease 3,800 square feet and patio space in a 5,000-square-foot building that will be developed.

“Given the growth in the market and nearby St Vincent’s Hospital, this site aligns perfectly with their customer base,” Kay said.

Another Broken Egg has four area restaurants in Riverside, East Arlington, the Tinseltown area and Jacksonville Beach.

Another Broken Egg Cafe offers breakfast, lunch and brunch along with cocktails, spiked cold brews, mimosas and a full bar.
