The Shopping Center Group appears to be moving from the suburbs into Riverplace Tower at 1301 Riverplace Blvd. on the Downtown Southbank.
Hota Design Studio LLC is the architect and Skyline Construction Inc. is the contractor for the $130,000 project to renovate 1,546 square feet of space on the 24th floor.
The retail tenant and landlord services group now leases space in the Waterview I building in Southside at 10748 Deerwood Park Blvd., No. 107.
Plans show the Downtown space will comprise four offices, an open office area, and break and conference rooms.
