First Coast Cookies is renovating an almost 2,000-square-foot building that owner Michelle Rhoades bought to open a second location at 4610 San Juan Ave. in West Jacksonville.
Rhoades formed The Randstar Group LLC in April and bought the property for $550,000 in June.
Her first shop is a 746-square-foot location she opened in 2019 in the food court at Regency Square Mall.
Rhoades bought the equipment and changed the name of Coastal Cookies that operated at the former Jacksonville Landing that was demolished Downtown.
Addition Technician & More Inc. is the contractor for the new location.
