GreenPointe Developers plan 770 homes for the Clay County community.
Lennar acquired 204 lots in Granary Park outside Green Cove Springs in Clay County for $14 million.
Sandridge Land Developers LLC of Jacksonville sold the properties to Lennar Homes LLC of Jacksonville on Jan. 14, according to court records.

Amenities will include a pool, clubhouse, fitness center, playground and dog park.
Other GreenPointe communities include EvenTide in Ponte Vedra Beach, GreyHawk in Clay County, TrailMark in St. Johns County and Tributary in Nassau County.
