Lennar buys 204 lots in Granary Park for $14 million

GreenPointe Developers plan 770 homes for the Clay County community.

Lennar acquired 204 lots in Granary Park outside Green Cove Springs in Clay County for $14 million.

Sandridge Land Developers LLC of Jacksonville sold the properties to Lennar Homes LLC of Jacksonville on Jan. 14, according to court records.

GreenPointe Developers says Lennar is the exclusive builder in Granary Park.

Last May, GreenPointe announced plans for 770 homes on 290 acres along Sandridge Road and Feed Mill Road.

The plans call for one- and two-story houses on 40-, 50- and 60-foot-wide homesites. Two- and three-bedroom homes would range from 1,714 to 3,004 square feet. There are 12 floor plans. In May, home prices were to start in $200,000s.

Amenities will include a pool, clubhouse, fitness center, playground and dog park.

Other GreenPointe communities include EvenTide in Ponte Vedra Beach, GreyHawk in Clay County, TrailMark in St. Johns County and Tributary in Nassau County.
