Retail notes: Harvest House of Cannabis, Ross Dress for Less coming to Mandarin

The city is reviewing a building permit application for the Harvest House of Cannabis at the former Famous Amos restaurant built in 1977 at 10339 San Jose Blvd. Harvest USA of Tempe, Arizona, is listed as the owner.

A mobility fee application indicates that Harvest DCP of Florida LLC is buying the property from Fare San Jose LLC, the operator of area Famous Amos restaurants.

The 3,800-square-foot building is on 0.88 acres. Bohler Engineering is the civil engineer. No contractor is listed for the renovation for the medical marijuana treatment facility.

Harvest also has a location at 10095 Beach Blvd., Suite 450.

Ross Dress for Less in Mandarin

 The city is reviewing a permit application for Ross Dress for Less at 11250 Old St. Augustine Road in Old St. Augustine Plaza in Mandarin.

North Coast Construction Co. is the contractor for the $1 million interior build-out of 28,072 square feet.

The store is planned in space made available from the downsizing of Burlington Coat Factory. Burlington is remodeling the space it will continue to occupy.

Dollar Tree to East Arlington

The city issued a permit for tenant improvements for Dollar Tree at 2485 Monument Road, No. 17, in the Monument Landing shopping center. CAM Construction Services is the contractor for the $219,951 project for 8,470-square-foot store next to Bailey’s Powerhouse Gym.
